It's surprising and refreshing to walk into a fast food establishment and receive service that rivals three star Michelin restaurants. While the product was par when compared to other fast food, the service and cleanliness of the restaurant shined brighter than the sun. Call me old fashioned, but I just love, love, love excellent customer service, and today Wendy's greatly surpassed my expectation service. Today we used the drive thru, but I then walked into the restaurant to get an additional drink and dipping sauces. The drive thru process was pleasant as I could hear the smile of my order taker through the loudspeaker. She was patient with me as this was my first time ordering off the breakfast menu. The order was hot, fresh and accurate ( nothing missing ). We ate in our vehicle in the very clean / litter free parking lot. I walked into the restaurant to order an additional drink and get some ranch. The dining room was not only very clean, but it was also in excellent condition ( looked like it was either recently remodeled or just well taken care of ). If the food had blown my mind as much as the service, this definitely would have been a five star review Thanks Wendy's!
